When I try to start a chat I get the message: "This service is not available."


Answer:

This message will be shown:
  • If you have created a filter. Delete all filters (LiveZilla Client -> Filters) and try again.
  • If you have activated the Statistic Mode. Deactivate it under LiveZilla Server Admin -> Server Configuration -> Visitor Monitoring and try again.
