How can I set up my own Company Logo in the Customer's Chat Window?
Answer:
The Company logo can be set up under LiveZilla Server Admin -> Server Configuration -> Web Client -> Edit HTML -> Images.
Alternatively, you can pass the URL of the logo with each LiveZilla Chat Button.
Please configure this under LiveZilla Server Admin -> Link Generator -> Advanced -> Parameters.
