How can I add further departments / groups / users / operators?


Answer:

If you like to add additional users/groups, please start the LiveZilla Server Admin and select User Management. You can create new operators / users on the first tab and new groups / department on the second tab of the User Management form.

If you like to use LiveZilla on a second computer, it's neccesary to install the LiveZilla (Client only) package on the computer first. Once you did that, create a new server profile and fill it with the details of your LiveZilla Server installation.
